Gillis Play and Learn Center & Tyndall Play and Learn Center are licensed multi-center facilities with 139 spaces for children from infancy to school age. Located in Tyndall, Manitoba, our goal is to provide a nurturing and dynamic environment where children can grow, learn, and play.
We are currently looking for an experienced and inspirational Early Childhood Educator ll's or in-training to help us implement an emergent curriculum program. Our center is play-based and strives to be nature-focused. Most of our time is spent outdoors, exploring the surrounding community and environment.
We are seeking a driven, fun, and compassionate individual to join our dedicated team and help foster a safe, creative, and nurturing space for our children.

Eligible Candidates Must Have the Following:
- Education and training from an applicable University/College
- Experience leading a Preschool and/or Infant Room (Minimum of 2 years’ experience)
- Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for creating a positive, nurturing environment for children
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
- CPR/First Aid Training
- Training in Circle of Security (an asset; however, the center will provide training)
